Twenty-three members of the Bangsamoro Radio Assistance on Communication and Emergency Services (BRACES) have undergone training on the Basic Life Saving techniques.

The training was conducted at the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office from February 26-27.

The two-day training aims to equip BRACES members with the knowledge and skills on life-saving techniques during emergencies.

BRACES is a Muslim emergency response organization that’s been helping the City of Mati during crisis situations like fire, accidents, and force majeurs.

BRACES members who attended the training will share their newly-acquired knowledge and skills with the other members of their organization and with the community. (CIO MATI)
