The City Government of Mati, in cooperation with the DOSCST, offers this Community Fitness Program for all who desire supervision, direction, education, and camaraderie in their health and fitness efforts. Our vision is to help improve health and wellness by providing exercise opportunities for those who are physically out of shape or desiring more structure in their workout efforts. We aim to get you feeling better, stronger, and more energetic.

 

Business One Stop Shop opens in Mati City

Mati City (January, 2013) -- To encourage more investors in the city and to make the process easier and systematic, the City Government of Mati City opens this year’s Business One Stop Shop Program at the Pealez Activity Center, City Hall compound this city. The annual program started last January 4 and will culminate on January 20, 2013. The Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) will lead the 3 week one stop shop program. Mr Joel Capalit, BPLO Head, encouraged the businessmen in the city to either renew or start a new business to get a business permit. The BPLO set – up an all in – one desk for the very important local and national agencies, manned with personnel to provide necessary services to the clients.

CSC ANNOUNCES THE 2011 SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC OFFICIALS & EMPLOYEES

City of Mati (March 24, 2011) – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces the 2011 Search for Outstanding Public Officials and Employees as mandated in the 1987 Philippine Constitution, Executive Order Nos. 209 and 508, and as amended by Executive Order No. 77 and Republic Act No. 6713.

The annual search for public service exemplars is handled by the CSC’s Honor Awards (HAP) Secretariat.
 
Three awards  categories, namely; the Presidential or Lingkod Bayan Award, the Outstanding Public Official and Employee or the Dangal ng Bayan Award and the CSC Pagasa Award are at stake to public service exemplars. The conferment of the awards form part of the Commission’s Advocacy of promoting a culture of excellence and of recognizing and rewarding women and men for outstanding work performance, contribution and superior accomplishments or for consistent manifestation of exemplary ethical behavior in the public service.

Apart from individual nominations for the Presidential or Lingkod Bayan and the CSC Pagasa Awards, group/team nominations are strongly encouraged.

The awarding rites for the 2011 Lingkod Bayan, Dangaln ng Bayan and Pagasa winners will serve as the centerpiece of celebration of the  111th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary to be held sometime in September 2011.

Nomination form and the required documentation are contained in the 2011 Enhanced HAP Guidelines and program flyer. Nomination from/s, flyer and the enhanced program guidelines may be secured at any of CSC’s offices nationwide or downloaded at the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph. Nominations for the Search may be submitted to any of the Commission’s Regional and Provincial/Field Offices or to the HAP Secretariat, Public Assistance and Information Office, Constitution Hills, Diliman, Quezon City.

Heads of agencies and public servants are enjoined to participate actively by submitting nominations to this prestigious Search. Deadline for submission of nominations is on March 31, 2011.

The memorandum circular signed and issued by CSC Chairman Francisco T. Duque III, MD, MSc to all the heads of constitutional bodies, departments, bureaus and agencies of the national government, local government units, government – owned or controlled corporations, and state colleges and universities.
